You love to surf. You've always been into it since the time you had your first surfboard, a 21st birthday gift from your brother. Your problem however is you can only do this when you're in Hawaii while on vacation or in Siargao, Philippines while you're in the country.

The local government unit then made some precautionary measures to save the ocean and the marine life that thrives in it and set up some artificial reefs to encourage the fish and other marine creatures to live in the area. To your amazement, however, the artificial reefs are also serving as a kind of breakwater, causing "surf-able" waves in the process. This is the time you have found out about how to reef surf.

It's basically the same as ordinary surfing only that when people reef surf what they are actually surfing on are the waves produced by reefs surrounding the beach area. It is doubtful that you will be able to tear yourself away from the jellyfish, but, if so, the sea kayaking among the Rock Islands is superb, and there are fascinating World War II relics to be found on the island of Peleliu. 5. Santorini, Greece: This island is actually a live volcano, but it isn't expected to belch again in our lifetime. The volcanic yield has resulted in black sand beaches and soil that grows some of the best wine grapes in existence. Because of the volcanic soil Santorini also grows some of the sweetest tomatoes in the world. You must sample the fried tomato balls (Keftadas). You may never see a more awe-inspiring site as when you gaze from the rim of the volcano and watch tiny boats cross the royal blue waters. Yes you can go to Bohol from Dumaguete directly but i think just three times a week the shipping trip schedule for that distination unlike Cebu - Bohol, there are severals trips everyday.

Balicasag is far from Alona Beach Resort, almost 40 km its distance and there are also lodgings/hotels at the location of Balicasag itself.

I guess it is very difficult for you to dive at the deep sea w/out any experience yet on diving, the basic for diving you have know first how to swim then how to breath under the surface of the water using an oxygen gas.

The organizers believe that the action plans conceived during the summit will contribute directly to the unified vision of the government in providing investment and employment for the people.

Iligan City Mayor Lawrence Ll. Cruz expressed his gratitude to the stakeholders and practitioners in the field of information technology who attended the said event.
