I will go vacation for 14 days in taiwan. Im a holder of philippine passport. Do i need to get taiwan visa?

A Chinese working visa will not help you get into Taiwan. The Taiwanese government DO NOT accept Chinese working visas. My friend also worked in China and came to Taiwan with her working visa. They sent her back to China, and she had to apply for a visa. You can have a look at the following website. They give all the information about visas, etc.
