where is the best place to scuba dive in the philippines in october with an open water certificate ?
is it better to scuba around Anilao/Puerto Galera or around Bohol/Malapascua, or is there somewhere better? I would like to see big fish, rays, turtles, sharks if possible
Scuba Diving anywhere in the Philippines is not a good idea because it's rainy/typhoon season. If you must go in October your best off in the VisayasMindano because typhoons rarely make it that far south.
