im going back to germany.i bought more than a hundred of assorted books here in philippines- about 130 pages?
i just finished my holiday here in philippines.do i have to pay taxes for that in the airport of germany ? the books cost around 100 euro more or less.

No you shouldn't. If they're in your bag then they won't think too much of it. I always bring books and clothes back, you're allowed to take something like $10,000 and less worth of money and goods to and from a country. Atleast that's how it is when I travel from Canada to the UK and back. you shouldn't have to pay anything.
