I want to fly to Philippines between March 2011 and April 2012, what are generally the cheapest months to fly.?

I want to book a return flight to Philippines from a London U.K. airport , my dates are flexible, what are the cheapest months to fly and which months or time of year would be most expensive.

The cheapest time to fly here is during the rainy/typhoon season which is July through November.
April and May is peak season as it is the school summer break and all the hotels/resorts are charging peak season rates. June, July, August and December is when the flights cost the most.
