what happens to a UPS shipped package if the address is wrong?? HELP!?

hi ;) i had a pair of jeans shipped to the holiday inn express at 14814 Hawthorne Blvd. Lawndale CA. but unfortunately i was informed by my uncle (hes a pilot for Philippine airlines and their hotel is the holiday inn) that the name of the hotel changed to Baymont inn and suites in the same address of 14814 Hawthorne Blvd. Lawndale CA. my uncle is still scheduled to fly to CA a few weeks from now and i dont know if the package is really there considering of the change of name of the hotel. i checked the ups website and it said that it was delivered to an office, not FRONT DESK like it usually does. my question is, even if the name of the place changes but has the same location, does that affect the destination of the package?? i live in the Philippines so calling long distance isnt really an option for me, so please help! thanks!

If the web says that it is delivered, it means that some one has received it in the hotel, the location is the same, not much important if the name is changed.
