Merman in Cebu Island, Philippines.... Do you believe this?
Someone has found a body of a merman ( not a mermaid) in Cebu in the Philippines. It has the features of a fish (fins on the sides of the forehead) and a tail.. it also looks scaly... but the mouth looks horrible and dangerous
