Im planning to go to Philippines this July 2010 to August 2010. Probably a month or a month and a half?

you can find a very cheap ticket anywhere. try travel agencies and they have also good packages. your only problem is the date you have are the peak season for any airline companies all over the world so whatever ticket price you will find is not a good of a deal.
