Can you help me with some beachfront accomodation for later November - Early December in the Philippines?

I am wanting to travel with my husband to the Philippines in later November -early December of this year. We are wanting to find some accomodation which is beachfront and maybe like a villa or small house or bungalow holiday rental? My husband is Filipino and I am Australian he will be wanting to spend time with family there by himself and we are trying to find somewhere we can rent that is safe, quiet and driving distance to Manila? (doesnt matter if its three hours one way)

I have looked at some of the resorts but they seem very touristy and alot of the photos are kinda not what we are looking for. We stayed at a hotel when we lived in the Philippines a few years ago and we were kinda the odd couple out and felt really uncomfortable :(

If anyone has a holiday rental or knows of one which would suit what we are looking for...please would love to hear from you!

the Zambales coast seems to be what you are looking for. look at the area just north of Olongapo. the resorts are more family orientated some have small cottages. using the northern Luzon expressway (NLEX) and the Subic- Clark -Tarlac expressway (SCTex) the area is less than 3 hours from Manila.
