Your chances as a Filipino getting a visa to NZ are not hot--do you have a Kiwi as a sponsor?
If you are a single female, under say 35,and no onshore sponsor, forget it.
Single male? Same age? Not much more chance there either.
Check NZ Immigration website, as if you think you can just swan in when you feel like it--mate, you're in for a heck of a shock.
