Traveling to Japan?
Hi guys! My family's planning to go to Japan, specifically tokyo and osaka for about 9 days, a third of which will be spent in the latter. I was just wondering, do you need a tour guide to get around the place? Would it be possible if you navigated it alone using english language? Is it that difficult? Here's the case, most packaged tours from the Philippines are full. So, we're betting to go on our own. If not, any of you could suggest local tour/travel agencies in tokyo which could help us plan for our trip while we stay there? Osaka's not much of a problem since we'll just be going to Universal Studios and some sightseeing. any suggestions would help thanks!:D
You could probably get around ok in just English, but a local Tokyo or Osaka guide would be able to give you a much deeper experience, even if just for a day or two. There are some independent Japan guides here:
