Where is the best beach in the Philippines? Or best beach in Pacific ocean? ANY IDEAS?
I want to go their with a group of people for two weeks. I would like hot nice weather, beautiful water, cheap ON the beach cottage(prefer not hotel purhaps hostel tho) a resort would be nice if it was cheap and it had extras like massages, etc. I would like it to be able to sit on the beach and relax. snorkling maybe? ANY IDEAS????
