buffet at century , sofitel and manila hotel philippines?
how do you approach the chef / service man when dining at those hotel,when asking for lamb , beef , steak ? because encounter some hotel they don't display those pricey stuff on the counter, you have to ask them if you don't , you will never saw those on the counter table. how should i ask them? do not know the exact term for those ?
The waiter should help you. Just ask "Hey dude where's the lamb!" I don't know what you mean by exact term. Do you mean you want to specify how they are cooked? If that's so just describe it to the waiter and it should be his job to help you make your choice.
Personally, lamb, cooked however which way, is my favorite. But if I had to make a choice, I would ask for it roasted ... with some mint jelly...
