Nikon P90 or Sony DSC-HX1 for holiday pictures?

thinking of getting one of these as a little point and shoot camera but closer to a dslr

i already own a D40 but dont like carrying it round everywhere and hate using the view finder when its hot and sweaty! D:

what do you guys think?

and could i get fisheye on either of these?
