we'll be having my sister's 18th birthday. we were thinking of having it in either a garden or hotel. we are also on a budget. if we could find a cheap and at the same time presentable place, it would be great. thanks.
hi! if you want to celebrate her 18th b-day in manila try to look for the exclusive villages there like in greenhills or green meadows both in san juan. they rent out their clubhouses to people who wants to hold an event. you can also try the antipolo city area. its in rizal province. about an hour drive from manila. antipolo city has really, really, really nice view of manila in the evening.
