do i need a visa for holiday in philippines and are there still travel agents that you can pay monthly for flight
I presume you are Irish Séamus. You dont need a Visa, from an Eu Country except Lithuania. You get 21 days, and you can extend that for a small fee. Dont know any travel agents accepting monthly payments. If you find one tell me, and I'll travel 1st class, for the rest of my life.
