For a one month stay, I would advise you to book a serviced apartment/hotel. The Somerset has several of these in different locations, but all are quite near the malls and the restaurant row.
They have very good long-stay rates. My friends as well as mid-level regional officers (of the network where the company I retired from is attached) stay in any of the Somerset facilities when in town for 2 weeks or more.
