travelling to cebu?
Hi, I would be travelling to cebu for business for two weeks but would have the weekends to explore..
1. What are the absolute must sees or must dos in cebu ?
2. I dont know to swim and now dont have time to learn before i go to cebu,.. but can i still go for scuba diving ???

spa, go to The Hilton. On week-ends, go to Malapascua, Bantayan Island and other nearby beaches. You can still learn to go scuba-diving on the week-ends.
