What is the best place to live by the beach in the Philippines?
I love to Dive, Hike, Fish, Adventure. I don't want to be in the city but don't want to be in the middle of the jungle either. Im looking to spend 30-40,000 pesos/mth on a house, and need access to the internet and phone for emergencies. I was wounded in Iraq and have medical issues so need to be within an hour of a semi-decent hospital. Any ideas? I need out of North America
