I plan to have a website. I would want my hosting to be from Cebu (Where I live) so I can contact them easily and payments can be done by bank deposits.

I have been using Dreamcode Web Hosting trouble free since 2004.

I am very happy with their service, and I am happy with the pricing!.

My websites are very rarely offline. Last time was about 2 years ago.

If I have a question, they answer my emails very promptly.

I have a reseller account with them. Not so I can resell web space but so I have complete control over my websites. If I want new websites for myself, my friends or relatives. I can arrange them anytime of the night or day and have them instantly online using a default home page which I edit later.

I use http://www.godaddy.com for my domain names.
