Where can I find a cheap flight school in the Philippines?

I'm a high time private pilot (1500+Hours) interested in starting an air cargo business in S.E. Asia. I want to complete my M.E. Commercial license on the cheap. Where can I go?

1500+ hours, you're not a CPL+IR... and you're looking for a cheap school? where did you get the money to pay for that flying time?

flying schools are relatively expensive in the Philippines but still cheaper compared to other S.E. Asian countries. there are so many flying schools in Plaridel (Bulacan) and there's a flying school in Clark (Pampanga), all offer CPL.
