The different types of diving into a swimming pool and diving positions and the way the divers hold his or her body.
There's springboard diving and platform diving. Diving positions are tuck, pike, free and straight during the dive, and reverse, back, forward and inward at the start. Dives consist of varying numbers of twists and revolutions.
