Can I snorkel/dive off the beach in Cairns?
I will be studying abroad in Cairns (so I'll be there for a while), and while I have found an abundance of boat tours to the Great Barrier Reef I haven't been able to find any information about snorkeling offshore. Is it possible to snorkel (and see anything) right off the beach?
Trinity Inlet is an estuarine crocodile habitat.
