Home stay License in the Philippines?

Hi! We got a small Beach Resort in Marinduque Island,where we have 3 Rooms for Rent.At the moment we have no License,do we need one,and what do we have to do to get one?Also does anyone know how mutch it cost.We where told It is a Home stay only with no need for a License.Can anybody advice us?For more Info go to www.clubcagpo.tk


You require a business license from the Mayor office. When you apply for the license there are other requirements you should be in compliance with. Example does your establishment have Bureau of Revenue signs visiable (posted) to its your customers to review?

Also if you are other than Filipino citizen make sure you have the business in your wifes name or other name of trust Filipino. Foreigners must have 13A Visa or Work Permit to operate business in the Philippines.Balikbayan Visa does not permit work authorization for non Filipino citizen
