Where to file a complaint against unreceived packages and letters here in the Philippines.?

It's not worth filing a complaint 'coz it will take long and nothing will happen at the end. People you'll be dealing with will just ask for money to search for your package and letters and at the end no solution. It had been that way ever since I was a kid, every b-day card or christmas card someone opens it and get the cash in it if no cah they throw it in the trash no wonder i didn't get my b-day card and christmas card from my dad. I tried sending a b-day card to my bestfriend with $20 in it just to see if he will receive it but i was not lucky he didn't receive it not even the card alone. Good Luck if you decide to do something about it.

yup. did just that with my trip to hongkong. took the cebu pacific flight to hongkong from davao and then stayed in chungking mansions. cheap place but with a seemingly seedy ambience. but if you get use to the place, it didn't matter at all. we all enjoyed it and the vacation for three nights and four days cost less than 25,000.00 all in all. inclusive of shopping and spending money.
