Where can I find a hotel near nightlife and beaches in Cebu, Philippines?
By looking at the map, I can't get a good sense of how far I would be from Cebu City if I stayed on Macatan Island. I definitely want to be near the beaches, but I also wanna be able to party with my pals when the sun goes down. Any suggestions?
The trip time will depend on traffic.
From most resorts on Mactan island to the centre of Cebu City is
- Up to 2 hours in peak afternoon traffic
- About 30 to 40 minutes normally
- About 20 minutes late at night
There is adult and non adult nightlife on Mactan island, if you don't want to travel.
However, in my opinion, all the best nightlife activity, adult or otherwise is to be found in Cebu City. So, I personally would just stay in a hotel in Cebu City then pay to visit a resort on Mactan Island in the day time, if you can find the time.
