A lot of businesses think its bad because they lose profit on these holidays. Some people are on "no work no pay" employment category so they lose a day's work too. Of course most employees love it though. I think Bonifacio day, the first day of Ramadan (forgot what its called), Edsa revolution day are holidays that nobody seems to care about so why celebrate or commemorate this? It can be ruled out I think.
