Palawan Philippines
Puerto Princesa, Palawan- the Last Frontier of the Philippines
http://www.e-philippines.com.ph/philippine-destinations/puerto-princesa-palawan/">Puerto Princesa, Palawan is one of the most popular places visited by tourists and adventure travelers here in the Philippines. There are countless tourist spots and adventure activities you can do when visiting this remarkable place. One of the most visited tourist spot here is the Subterranean River National Park also known as Underground River which is a top nominee as one of the official New7Wonders of Nature. The park is open to visitors all year round. If you really wish to appreciate the beauty of the place, the best time to go is between January and May when the weather is drier and the seas are more serene. The tour inside the cave lasts for about 45 minutes. The Underground River is a total of 8.2 kilometers but only 4.3 kilometers of it are navigable.
Aside from seeing the cave, you can also do adventure caving, wildlife watching, mangrove paddle boat tour and jungle trekking. But there are other places to consider in visiting Puerto Princesa like the Honda Bay which is famous for its white beaches. It is comprised of several islets among which are named Pandan Island, Snake Island, Starfish Island, Luli Island and Pambato Reef. Honda Bay is also the site for snorkeling and scuba diving enthusiasts.
Upon visiting Puerto Princesa you can also try a city tour which you can highly enjoy and learn something about the culture and tradition of the people of Palawan. During the city tour, you get to visit the Crocodile Farm - home and breeding laboratory of the Philippine crocodile, Butterfly Garden - a huge cage where butterflies are free to roam and fly around, Immaculate Conception Cathedral – a popular cathedral and is treated not as a historical place but also as an architectural site, Iwahig Penal Farm - the oldest prison without bars and Palawan Museum that showcases the history, culture, arts and crafts of Palawan.
Puerto Princesa, Palawan can really be considered as part of the last frontier of the Philippines. A visit here will leave the traveler wanting more.

Philippines Beach Resorts
What beach resort in Cavite, Philippines would you recommend?
Preferably the MOST AFFORDABLE yet AWESOME.
Thank you!!
There are no beach resorts in Cavite that can be called AWESOME. Not even its top 2 beach resorts Puerto Azul and Caylabne, both in Ternate. And because these are both high-end, neither is in the category of AFFORDABLE.
So we limit our choices now to "affordable", considering that there is none we can call awesome. The best in this lot is Villa Excellance in Tanza, Cavite. The beach is good enough for swimming, although the water quality is not as goos as those in ternate, Tanza being closer to the polluted Manila Bay. But good enough, if you are not very finicky.
They have accommodations that are decent. You can grill your meat and fish right beside your cottage, while you and your friend are having fun singing, drinking, in the small veranda in front. Or you can choose to go to the videoke place within the resort.
You may also just want to rent tables with shed near the shore. There are hundreds of these in Villa Excellance.
They also have a store that sells most everything you will need. Shirts, water, drinks, even fish and meat to cook.
Finally, if you prefer to swim in a pool, they have a huge pool. Entrance to the pool is, however, separate from the entrance fee to the resort itself.
You won't need directions to Villa Excellance. Just go to Tanza and every Tom Dick and Harry can point you in the right direction.
