Popular Condominiums In The Philippines

Condominiums are one of the most popular types of housing in the Philippines today. Although it was only recently introduced in the Philippine market, condominiums quickly became popular. Condominiums in the past were known to symbolize wealth, particularly because the wealthy are the only ones that can afford to buy a condominium. Today, however, condominiums became open to a much wider market because of its affordability.

Because of its popularity and its sudden spread across the country, several types of condo for sale Philippines have now been made available for Filipinos. Some of the most popular are condominium buildings and condominium complexes. So what are the differences between these types of condominiums?

Condominium buildings
The first type of condo for sale Philippines, these types are normally found inside or within walking distance or mass transit distance to central business districts such as Makati City as well as with commercial areas such as in East Wood and Pasig. This allows its residents to avoid the usual rush hour which is still a big problem in the Philippines.

Another advantage of these types of condominiums are its luxury. Although its near or within busy districts, people could still have a place to rest and relax quietly. Some of these can also offer amenities that residents could enjoy such as a gym or an indoor pool, the later being the rarest. However, other than the condominium buildings, condominium complexes have also become very popular in the Philippines.

Condominium complexes
Condominium complexes are similar to townhouses complexes, which is made up of a wide span of land, in which each building has its own sort of garden around it. These types of condominiums are usually found in luxurious and quiet location such as in provinces such as those found in Taal or Tagaytay or in the outskirts such as those found in Novaliches or in Taguig.

The main advantage of condominium complexes are its amenities. Similar to townhouse complexes, these types of condo for sale Philippines has its own resort facilities such as swimming pools, gyms, recreational areas, as well as other types of recreational facilities. However, some condominiums may have all of these amenities while some may only have one or two of these. For more information visit to our site at http://www.atayala.com

why do small resorts in Laguna Philippines survive despite of tight competition?

What do they do to compensate with the maintenance of the resort?

Small resorts have very low operating costs. They are usually run by the owners themselves, and their relatives. They do not have a fat payroll for staff salaries. In fact, some of the small ones I have seen are staffed by relatives who are probably not paid at all, but are allowed to sell food, cigarettes, or something in exchange for keeping watch.

Even their electricity bill will be low, compared with the big classy ones. And of course when there are not so many guests, the lights and the switches are turned off. No bill for water in the pool, the water in Laguna resorts are from natural hot springs.

The rent in smaller resorts are lower, so those on a tight budget prefer these smaller but cheaper ones.

And you will be surprised that some "rich" customers also patronize these resorts. Why? They will most likely NOT be seen by their equally "rich" friends in such nondescript resort, especially when they do not want to be seen with their companion at the moment. Or they could rent the whole small resort for their family or friends on an exclusive basis - - something they can not do with the big resorts.

can you suggest me beach resorts in batangas city philippines?

we need a resort which accomodates 20-30 persons. cheap for a budget of 6000 - 8000 pesos for 3 days two nights stay. hope you can help with this. muwaaahhhh! =)

I was about to suggest the Punta Fuego in Nasugbu, Batangas but since the price you've mentioned is for budget then try Laiya, San Juan, Batangas--- Situated within this cove is Sabangan Beach Resort, with its Asian-inspired cottages. Adventure seekers can hike up to nearby Mt. Daguldol, while snorkelers & divers can enjoy the marine sanctuary not too far away.

you can visit their website:
www.sabangan.com
or call: (632) 632-1689 or (0917) 842-1376

Good luck! (--,)
