Can you reccommend accomodation in Batangas, Philippines?

Wanting some beachfront accommodation either hotel, resort or vacation rental. Something on the beach that is quiet, safe and doesn't cost the world.

Go to Laiya in san Juan, Batangas. This is the best stretch of beach near enough, south of Manila.

There are several resorts, from the high-end Acuatico to mom and pop type resorts operated by folks who live by the beach. There are also inexpensive accommodations on bamboo and nipa houses in "branded" resorts like One Laiya.
