Golfers in Cebu City, Philippines?

I am in search of a couple golfers in the Cebu City area for a pretty cool project... Are there any reasonably priced courses in the area - or any good deals on the local resort courses where a local can play (non tourist.)
I am looking for Golfers, not courses...

Marcos used to have a private course near there before the U.S bases closd.
