What is the weather like in November in the Philippines?
I'm planning on taking a vacation there in November 2010 with some friends since the uni/summer holiday begins in November over here in Australia.
I'm little worried after the floods happend there last week and i heard the best time is from March to May, but uni is on at that time.
Anyways we are really excited and done lots of research, the place is beautiful!

November in the Philippines is the start of the Dry-Cold season in the country.
Since the start of the Global Warming, weather patterns have been erratic, and there have been some storms even during May or November, which are technically "dry" months.
The best time in the Philippines is actually from December to April - the Philippines can get quite cold and chilly during December to February, and you'll certainly enjoy the Christmas lights in the streets, shopping malls, parks, and homes here in the country. Also the weather is conducive to traveling, as it is not as humid as May-August.
