Diving Knives

What is a good dive knife for the requirements?

Hi
I'm looking for a good quality scuba knife, but it must match all of these requirements:
Under 60 bucks
Right inside calf mountable
Low maintanence
Has a serrated edge
Has a smooth edge
Has a Line cutter
Comes with a sheath

Maintenance is up to you. Dive knives in general are made of softer steel, and they don't hold the edge that well, because of the stain resistance requirements.

Knifecenter has tons of them here -http://www.knifecenter.com/knifecenter/index/divedex.html

Given your budget I think the best fit are Kershaw dive knives. Made of 420J2 steel not much of an edge holder, but diving knvies are very purpose specific, so it'll do I guess, after all you're not planing on cutting few lbs of veggies underwater.
