is western union open during holidays here in the philippines?
Need to know if Western Union is open here in Baguio today Maundy Thursday April 1, 2010. Answers please?
western union operates like a bank. you can send in money anytime online and processing takes place instantaneously. however, transactions are reflected on accounts (sender's and recipient's) on bank business days only.
most likely, during the easter holidays, western union offices are closed. if you are expecting money, it could already be there but you won't have access to it until monday. if i were you, i'd give it a try this saturday morning. most businesses will re-open saturday... in the philippines.
