NO.
The fact is, the holiday is supposed to be on February 25, 2010 (EDSA Revolution - special non working day) but as per GMA's very unpopular resolution to move this to the nearest Monday of the week, it was then moved to February 22 (Monday).
It's a working holiday. No classes.
