Is there have any interview if im going to submit my documents? what are the complete requirements to apply 3 months validity australian visa? do i need land title or any asets? how about if I dont have? I am going to stay in his house is there have no problem if i would do that?

I dont have plan to apply for a fiance visa tourist is enough.

If you're going to be staying with your boyfriend, your biggest problem won't be with the amount in your bank account. It will be in proving to DIAC's satisfaction that you have sufficiently strong ties to your home country that you will return when your visa expires and that is where assets and other ties to the Philippines come into play.

As far as available funds are concerned, you need to have enough to show that you won't need to work during your stay here. If your boyfriend is providing all accommodation and some other expenses, you will probably get by with something like AUD$4500. A credit card with unused credit will also be acceptable for at least some of the required amount.

You should produce a letter from your employer to prove that you are on vacation and are expected back at work in 3 months. If you have an apartment lease to cover the 3 months and some time after that, you should submit that. Give details of your family ties in the Philippines and anything else that shows that you are likely to return within 3 months.
