Hi, which 5 star hotels in Metro Manila allows pool and jacuzzi usage for non guest non members? How much is the rate per day?

I am so tired of work I want to relax but almost all hotels need you to be a guest and I don't want to spend $100 on a hotel room i wont even use for just pool and jacuzzi usage.
