should the philippine navy be privatized?
if it would be,,, the corporation can have a monoply of our sea lanes cargo, transport,services,they can catch fish,then turn it into sardines with their sardines factory gunboat.... plus they can have exclusive rights to reefs and shoals as tourist dive spots,the navy can have better equipment and the CEO would have its own armada, as perks , any takers tycoons?
I think that the government could make better money setting up a banking haven for money laundering than renting out the Navy. Besides with the Spratly Islands and Scarborough Shoal the Navy may come in handy.
