Anyone know how're things in Cebu, Philippines right now?
Thinking about buying a package tour but I don't know where to find out how the bad weather has affected the resorts. I wonder where to look.
We've had our share of the rains that has plagued Luzon but that's about it. No heavy floods except for some areas in downtown Cebu but are manageable. The sun occasionally shines and it's like manna from heaven. Anyway, if you plan to come over to the City, now is the best time when it's not peak season yet.
