Where can I get old weather reports for the Philippines?
I can only find current reports from the newspaper sites. I hope someone can help.
To get daily weather reports (in a table format not a written summary) check out the National Climatic Data Center Global Summary of the Day product:
http://www.ncdc.noaa.gov/oa/mpp/freedata.html
They have archived daily weather data summaries from around the globe. They should have what you need, unless you need a written description.
I noted they use English units.
