Hotel in Bacolod?

I am looking at L’ Fisher, Bacolod Convention Plaza, or Casino Filipino Hotel. Can anyone tell me which one is the most comfortable and close to the nightlife? L Fisher does not have a pool wich is a drawback.
I really would like the hightest quality rooms.

When I visit Bacolod I always stay at www.palmas-del-mar.com .
It over on J.R. Torrez Ave less that 10 min away from the Golden Fields. It's a beach resort right on the water with 2 swimming pools and has a good poolside resturant whith a good view of the ocean. The rooms are very nice and I especially like staying in the "Lagoon Rooms" because of the view and outside covered terrace. A very nice and comfortable place to stay that is close to the nightlife and reasonably priced.
