how old do you have to be to go on holiday?
my sons friends are all going on holiday to magaluf in august, they are all 17 and 18. my son will turn 17 when they are there. my question is, will he be allowed to go as he is 16 when they set off. ?
takuya-that wasnt my question. i meant legally.
if at least one of them is 18 then there is an adult with them. should be fine.
